We’ve made a new release of MOA 21.07

The new features of this release are:

• Added Normalisation, Standardisation, Hashing Trick and Random Projection filters.
• commons.io version bumped from 2.4 to 2.7.
• Added task to write instances to a Kafka topic.
• Last-selected view-mode is now persistent between restarts.
• Bug fixes
